1- Intellectual capital management with dynamic approach- case study (summary)
Abstract: Knowledge-based view has been developed rapidly in the business area and intangible resources are in the focal point as the most curial organizational resources and the main sources of competitive advantage. Different models have been developed to manage firm's intellectual capital (IC). In recent years, static and dynamic approaches toward IC and its management have been distinguished and the dynamic dimension of intellectual capital has been emphasized. A short review on this issue is presented. An important interpretation of dynamic IC, views IC also as activities in which intangibles are embedded. This is sometimes named intangible activity. Intangible resources are source of value creation when accompanied with intangible activities. SaÂnchez et al. (1) have presented a simple and applicable model for IC management which encompasses dynamic dimension of IC. In this paper, we apply this model to identify, measure and control intellectual capital indicators in a production company and in line with reporting quantitative and qualitative results, some improvements has been proposed.

2- A Framework for Evaluating KM effectiveness on Organizational Performance (summary)
Abstract: Nowadays, the role of knowledge and its effective management in developing business strategic situation and improving satisfaction of stakeholders is realized by organizations in different fields. Therefore, being known as the most strategic and worthy asset of the organization, knowledge seems necessary to be put under specific consideration by organizations and also assessed continuously. Undoubtedly, knowledge and other intangible assets cannot surpass the principle that states nothing can be managed unless it is measured. Therefore it is important for organizations to measure knowledge management initiatives effectiveness and evaluate related projects.
Balanced scorecard is considered as one of the most famous approaches to evaluate knowledge management effectiveness. Contrary to conventional models being mainly based upon financial metrics, this approach covers nonfinancial aspects too.
Accordingly applying balanced scorecard, this paper mainly aims at introducing a comprehensive framework for evaluating KM effectiveness regarding organizational strategic performance improvement. In the way of developing this framework, most of the similar frameworks and models have been evaluated and related weaknesses have been eliminated. Also in order to prove the applicability of the framework, it has been used in MAGFA (IT Development Center) as a case-study.

3- In seeking appropriate framework for intellectual capital measurement in higher education system (summary)
Abstract: Essential changes in economy changed the resource of competitive advantage from tangible and hard assets to intangible and soft assets. Due to importance of intellectual capital and measurement of it in higher education systems practitioners of this system needs to know the main elements of intellectual capital and methods of measurement these elements. Identifying the elements of intellectual capital helps the higher education managers system to improve the managing these assets effectively and more appropriately. This research tries to examine the intellectual capital measurement methods and deliver the practical and appropriate method according to three elements of Haman capital, organizational capital and relational capital for measuring these assets.

4- Human Capital in Knowledge Management and its effect on Performance (summary)
Abstract: In recent years, knowledge management has become a critical issue. Many scholars believe that the organizations by the power of human resource knowledge, it can retain themselves the superiority of competition. So one of the important issues of special relevance in knowledge management is the subject human capital. Components of human capital have different effects which can create value for the organization. Previous studies. have provided a positive correlation between human capital and performance.
In this paper,have explained role of mortal and the human capital in knowledge management process and have studied the effect of components of human capital that consists of learning and education, Experience and expertise, Innovation and Creation, on Performance of Corporates regard to Shahid Agassi Zadeh center.for gathering data, were used the Bontis standardized questionnaire that reliability coefficient was calculated 78 percent. The results this paper supported positive effect on components of human capital, on the performance of above Corporates(R Square=32 percent) that of the among which most influence the learning and education, that dedicated to creativity and innovation in the next position.

5- Intellectual Capital Accounting and its Role in Creating Competitive Advantage at the Universities (summary)
Abstract: Abstract:

In information era, the share of intellectual assets in an organization's assets is outstanding. In order to achieve sustainable competitive advantage, today's knowledge-based organizations have to measure and report their intellectual capital. Therefore, the efficient management of intellectual capital without measuring and reporting is impossible. The goal of this research is to study the impact of measuring and reporting on promoting the competitive advantage of universities in the Kurdistan province. The research method is descriptive-survey method and statistical society is universities' managers and educational authorities. The needed data was gathered through researcher-made questionnaire (139 questionnaires). The estimated average test and ANOVA were used to test hypotheses. The research results show, in general, measuring and reporting intellectual capital promote the universities' competitive advantage as well as its parts such as knowledge, human resource, executing process, environmental process. Measuring and reporting intellectual capital has the most effect on knowledge and human resource. According to the research findings, the effect of measuring and reporting intellectual capital on promoting non-profit universities' competitive advantage is more than governmental universities.

6- The Study of Intellectual Property Rights from the Aspect of Laws and Regulations (summary)
Abstract: The subject of the intellectual property which is arising from art and the man’s initiatives is not a modern and new issue. But intellectual property has been developed concurrent with the advent of man. Because thinking has been an inseparable power of which the man has never been void and has always taken advantage to fulfill their needs. But its related codified laws were formally approved and enforced in eighteenth century 1710 AD in England circles under the title the author's rights or The Act of Queen Anne, and intellectual property rights were developed concurrent with the industrial revolution in France. The essence of the intellectual property rights is to protect copyright and establish a secure basis to encourage the artists and the artisans to create better. In case such basis is provided, various sections of the community will benefit the works while being aware of their originality and the activities which are the individuals’ commercial, scientific, literary and artistic intellectual products will be valued and supported. In fact, the importance of protecting intellectual property rights to promote intellectual creativities and protect intellectual property on the one hand and develop international communications and exchanges on the other hand has caused a lot of international efforts to be put to develop the regulations monitoring the intellectual property rights protection mainly under the supervision of World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) and its predecessor organization. In the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and International Covenant on Economic, Social, Cultural, Civil, and Political Rights, it has been emphasized to benefit from material and spiritual profits and to take appropriate measures by the governments to provide, maintain, develop and promote the literary and artistic works. Moreover, holding several international and regional conventions in this regard indicates the world’s attention to this issue. Several laws have been also adopted on the intellectual and spiritual property rights protection in the Islamic Republic of Iran. Intellectual property rights mainly deals with the issues generated by human thinking and associated with their mental creations. In other words, this property is essentially impalpable and is an aspect of knowledge and information manifested on physical products or the process of their production. In this paper, after defining and explaining the "Intellectual property rights" fully, we describe and explain the main aspects of spiritual property rights, the history of intellectual property rights throughout the world, the history of intellectual property rights in Iran, international and national authorities on intellectual property rights and finally Iran rules and regulations on intellectual property protection.

7- investigating of pesonalizing strategic role of knowledge management in creativity and innovation. (summary)
Abstract: موضوع مقاله عبارت است از بررسی نقش استراتژی شخصی سازی مدیریت دانش در خلاقیت و نوآوری.هدف کلی این مقاله بیان مفهومی استراتژی شخصی سازی(ضمنی ) مدیریت دانش و تبیین روابط معنی دار بین مفاهیم مدیریت دانش با خلاقیت و نوآوری در سازمانها است. برای بهره برداری از دانش، پول هزینه می شود، در حالی که فرایند نوآوری و خلاقیت از دانش تولید شده، پول و ثروت می آفریند و باعث توسعه فناوری، نوآوری، و اقتصاد می شود. در این مقاله ضمن بیان مدل های شبکه ای و مخزنی، مدل نوناکا و تاکوچی(ایده آل ترین مدل(، به بررسی رابطه بین دانش ضمنی و یکی از انواع سرمایه های فکری(نوآوری و خلاقیت ) که منجر به پیشبرد اهداف سازمانها در عرصه جهانی می می گردد پرداخته می شود. نتایج این بررسی نشان می دهد که دانش ضمنی نقطه شروع خلاقیت و نوآوری است. در فرایند نوآوری دانش ضمنی و دانش صریح با هم ادغام می شوند و به سختی قابل جداشدن هستند، بنابراین مدیران باید برای دانش ضمنی نسبت به دانش صریح اهمیت بیشتری قائل شوند البته انتخاب یک استراتژی به معنی نفی استراتژی دیگر نیست، بلکه تمایز این دو به شناخت بیشتر راهبردهای مدیریتی کمک می کند،در نتیجه باید دانش ضمنی به دانش صریح تبدیل گردد تا خلاقیت و نوآوری خلق گردد.

8- The study of the relationship between Social Capital and Organizational Commitment from the Shahid Rajaee University staffs' point of view (summary)
Abstract: In this research the relation of social capital with the organizational commitment has been studied from Shahid Rajaee's University staffs' point of view. Our samples are 163 staffs of different faculties which have been chosen in two stages. In the first stage our system of sampling is systematic cluster and in the second is random.
The data has been gathered using questionnaires of Faraji's social capital (SC) also Mydoy, Astyrz&Porter questionnaires of organizational commitment. The focus of this research is the study of the relation of social capital with the organizational commitment. The findings are as follows:
There is a meaningful relation between social capital and organizational commitment among the samples. There is also a meaningful relationship between dimensions of social capital (cognitive, communicational and structural) with the organizational commitment of Shahid Rajaee's University staffs. The findings show that the communicational dimension has the least and the cognitive has the most relations with the organizational commitment. We also observed that there is another meaningful relationship between the male staffs compared with female ones in regard with their organizational commitment. Finally we concluded that there is a meaningful relationship between organizational commitment of Shahid Rajaee's University male and female staffs

9- The effect of intellectual capital on the performance of the steel industry in North West of Iran (summary)
Abstract: In today's world, the success of any organization depends on their ability to manage intangible assets and intellectual capital, as an effective method to increase the competitive advantage of companies. Measurement intellectual capital in order to compared different companies to determine their actual value and improving their controls is required. The main purpose of this research is evaluating and determination of the effective factors on intellectual capital, namely human capital, structural capital and relational capital in performance north western steel industry of Iran. statistical sample of this study, managers and employees in the north western steel industry of Iran, and to collect data an standard questionnaire has been used after the reverse translation, test reliability and validity data for sample, collected data have been analyzed through LISREL software. To test the “ JARDAN ” model , the data have been collected by cluster sampling from the north western steel industry of Iran. This research shows that the effect of intellectual capital on of companies' performance is positive and significant.

12- Impact of intellectual capital on firm’s economic performance by utilization of the VAIC method (summary)
Abstract: The Intellectual Capital (human and structural) is viewed by resource-based theory as being a strategic resource in the same way like capital employed (physical and financial). This theory considers that companies gain competitive advantage and superior financial performance through the acquisition, holding and efficient use of strategic resources. The purpose of this paper is to introduce value added intellectual coefficient (VAIC) method as the best indicator of intellectual capital and its impact on the firm’s economic performance.VAIC method is used on 102 Listed Companies of Tehran Stock Exchange. In the present study, we used Gross profit margin as proxy measure for economic performance. Leverage and Size of the company were used to control for their effect on company performance. results show a significantly positive association between intellectual capital and a company’s economic performance and There is a positive association between capital employed capital and economic performance. as well as, Intellectual Capital is more important than capital employed capital for economic performance. So, Intellectual Capital plays a major role in reducing a company’s production costs and increasing operating profit and The VAIC method could be an important tool for many decision makers to integrate Intellectual Capital in their decision process.

13- Survey and evaluation of brand special value as one of the organizational intangible assets (Case study: Active companies in offering Laptop computers) (summary)
Abstract: Organizations knowledge about value creating capabilities of intangible assets forces them to use intangible assets. One of the most important intangible assets of companies is their brand. Brand in many cases causes increase or reinforcement of intangible and explicit assets value. According to the importance of special value evaluation of brand and defining a different and desirable brand for stockholders in strategic management, managers need continuous knowledge of situation and value of brand in the market to achieve success in brand management objectives and increase the special value of brand.
For this purpose, in this paper, survey and evaluation of brand special value of active companies in offering laptop computers has been done. So the Aaker model has been used that is on the basis of costumer oriented evaluation of brand special value. Research questions and hypotheses are expressed with considering dimensions of this model. After defining statistical sample, questionnaire has been distributed for gathering data. For hypotheses test and answering research questions chi-square test and Friedman two sided ANOVA test have been used respectively and the results are stated in the research conclusions part.

15- Protection of Intellectual Property on Internet in WPPT and WCT (summary)
Abstract: Intellectual property is known as an intangible right for creators which different national and international legislations have been enacted to observe it. It was applicable before appearance of internet and computer networks but these days intellectual property is one of the most important issues of legal disputes in internet that needs new international legislations and conventions for supporting intellectual property in the internet. WPPT and WCT are two conventions concluded in this field that explain the support of intellectual property in 4 major categories: 1) protection of the right of reproduction 2) protection of the right of the distribution 3) protection of rental right 4) protection of the right of making available to the public.This paper initially explains the definition, history and importance of intellectual property, then surveys the rules to support this right in the internet by concentrating on WPPT and WCT provisions, and finally suggests some routes for supporting the intellectual property.

19- Value creating from intellectual capital through dynamic capabilities (summary)
Abstract: With expanding theory of knowledge based economic the intellectual capital of organization is becoming more and more important and the study about IC is too. Despite the importance of using IC, creating value from that and converting types of the capital to each other, the main focus of these research are on the evaluating and measuring the intellectual capital of the firm and this subject is less considered. In this article one conceptual model on the base of dynamic capability theory to exploring how exploiting from IC is provided. Dynamic capabilities are the firm's ability to integrate, build, and reconfigure internal and external competencies to address rapid environmental change. These capabilities provide the possibility of combining the human capital, structural capital and relationship capital together to creating value in dynamic manner.

Abstract: The present study evaluates the effect of information and communication technology (ICT) on the Creativity& motivational beliefs of Urumia University students .
Methods: This is a causal-comparative study. Research population included all undergraduate students of Urumia University of West Azarbaijan province, at the academic year of 90-89, selected through stratified sampling method. Research tools included: Abedi’s test of creativity and Motivated strategies for Learning Questionnaire (MSLQ), Smith , Garcia . Mckeachie. Data analyzed at two levels of descriptive (mean, median, standard deviation, ...) and inferential (ANOVA multivariate).Findings: ANOVA analysis of data showed significant effect of ICT in general (simultaneously)on Creativity& of motivational beliefs(p<000) and separately for men and women on the efficacy, (p<000).
Results: Given the findings from analysis of data, the effect of ICT on the efficacy, Creativity& of motivational beliefs of students was confirmed.

22- Comparing the effect of privatization on organizational culture among employees -managers in Mobarakeh Steel Company (summary)
Abstract: Privatization of major structural economic adjustment policies. Public companies have a good performance in the world, thus changing the structural solution is for governments.Besides the problem of structural failure of government agencies and corporate culture is not the result of the work force Angyzgy. If a structural change, regardless of organizational culture is emphasized, not the desired results.So one of the important reasons for maintaining the organization, thereby increasing productivity, it is also, having integrity and overall corporate culture, its values and beliefs.
The main purpose of this article compares the impact of privatization on enterprise culture among employees - experts and company executives were bullet_black. The study by Robbins component model of organizational culture such as: personal innovation, risk tolerance, direction, integrity, unity, relationship management, control, identity reward system, conflict tolerance and communication pattern to study hypotheses, was examined .
Type of applied research and its method, descriptive - the survey.The census was conducted in total. 39 questions measuring the questionnaire was prepared by the researcher.Its content validity was used to assess validity and reliability through Cronbach's alpha of 98 / 0 respectively. The data were analyzed using independent t.The results also showed that from the perspective of staff and experts, the privatization of the ten components of organizational culture and management perspective, the privatization of the nine components of organizational culture has an impact not only on the direction component

23- A study of multiple relationship between knowledge management conversion process andintellectual capital in Urmia university (summary)
Abstract: This study examines the relationship between intellectual capital components and knowledge conversion process in the Urmia university. The research method was descriptive. The sample size consisted of 74 facualty members. The data for this study were gathered through two questionnaires.
A validation study was conducted by management experts and the reliability was measured through Crobach α-coefficient in a pilot study of 30-individuals sample. The validity of intellectual capital questionnaire was reported α=0.913 and validity of knowledge management questionnaire was reported α=0.924 . The gathered data were analyzed through Manova and multiple regression analysis. Findings from this study indicate that there is a significant relaationship between intellectual capital components and knowledgw management components, there is a significant relationship between knowledgw combination and internalizing knowledge with intellectual capital and also knowledge socialization components and internalizing knowledge have a predicator signifacant relationship with intellectual capital.

24- Knowledge management systems to increase synergy through analysis of five gaps in the application of IT (summary)
Abstract: the rapid development of knowledge and information technology (IT), business environments have become much more complicated. In order to cope with ensuing complications, enterprises ought to incessantly innovate; otherwise, it will be very difficult for them to survive in the marketplace. Hence, many enterprises have applied IT in order to cut production costs, introduce innovations in products and services, promote growth, developed. In other words, IT can help a firm aiming to gain a competitive advantage and synergy. In addition, many studies have argued that business value comes mainly from intangible assets, such as knowledge. Therefore, based on the definition of the five gaps in KMS, this study explores the role and effect of IT in the implementation and increase synergy of KMS on firms.
